Thank you for your purchase, your trust, and your honesty… now, our attorney wants us to include formal language below 🙂
Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
If approved for a return, we will send you an address to return your product to.
Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
