HOW TO PAY WITH BITCOIN LIGHTNING?
Download a Lightning Wallet such as the eclair app on android.
Step 1: Fund “Your Bitcoin Address”. You will have to wait for six confirmations (about 60 minutes) for the funds to be available.
Step 2: Add a “Lightning Channel”. Fund the lightning channel by pasting the following URI email@example.com:9735.
When creating a channel to the Neutronpay node, be sure to have enough funds in the channel to make the intended purchase of items.
For example, if you are buying the popular Reckless Cam Cover, make sure you fund the channel with enough funds to cover the cost of the Reckless Cam Cover plus shipping fee’s (usually under $5.99 USD).
Choose your connection speed time (Fast, Slow or Medium) and wait out the allotted time (currently 4 confirmations).
Step 3: Visit https://lndlife.com/ add a product to your cart and checkout.
Step 4: In the Eclair App click on “Transaction History” then the Send icon (looks like right arrow).
Step 5: Click on “Scan Payment Request” and scan the QR code from checkout or copy and paste the Bolt11 invoice address starting with “ln”.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 – 3 business days.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10 – 20 days to receive your order.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. LNDlife can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
LNDlife will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU MY BILLING DETAILS?
Nope! Unlike traditional e-commerce stores, your billing address does not need to match your credit card mailing address. But we do need a shipping address to successfully deliver your order, and an email to confirm your order and tracking updates (if applicable). We will not store any customer data after mailing.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Clothing and apparel items should be received within 10-14 business days, except international deliveries which vary by country. For other specialty and promotional items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
The only way to purchase the items in this store is with a Lightning payment.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our primary warehouse is in America, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Yes! We ship to Great Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Romania, Puerto Rico, South Korea and Japan and will be adding more countries soon. WHY DON’T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?
Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can’t stop this since it’s the way Facebook works.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR “COMPARED TO” PRICES?
We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
